Piraeus
The main port of Athens, the city of Piraeus, is part of the urban community of Athens, located 12km southwest of the historical center of the capital.
In addition to being one of the main industrial ports in Europe, it is also the most important tourist port and the almost grateful starting point, to discover numerous Greek islands.
The departures mainly take place in the morning for the Cyclades and in the evening for the destination Crete or the Dodecanese and the islands of the North Aegean Sea.
